"The total chaos of upper management in running the field locations. No consistency, no true policies that were followed and promising the clients things that they knew they couldn't deliver... say anything to get the account... we'll apologize later. I never worked anywhere before where they would place just anyone in a position and expect them to succeed when the person didn't have the background or knowledge to succeed."

"Slow down, take a breath. Search to find the right personnel, train them properly, support them."
