"I was able to use about 6 different network monitoring tools which really increase my experience as a Network (NOC) Administrator."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Wow, ACS is one of the best places to work. One will have experience using lots of monitoring tools because they are using over 5 tools for monitoring, which is great for a worker, that is it will be easy to move around and perform very well at other jobs since one is familiar with most tools used in the field."

"There were a lot of employees (representatives) with good hearts and determination."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"ACS is a big company, with many different clients, and each center will have different work atmospheres and conditions. I worked for the Verizon Wireless project, which is highly unorganized, yet I heard good things about different clients in different cities, still under the ACS banner."

What don't you like about working at Affiliated Computer Services?

"The lack of communication, especially between management, corporate, the client and employees. Rather than solving anything, it became a blame game of why something wasn't working or goals weren't being met."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To create a community and relationships among employees, which would help prevent such high turnover."
