"I don't like that the contract ended, however, this is a project based department, so it is business."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would say that some of the day to day development of mid management could be better. For example, Operations Managers in call centers should be directly involved in the financials, budgeting, etc. so that they understand what the end goal and results need to be."
