I really thought this company was going to be my career but instead of letting me go with Involuntary Reduction in Force. I had no problem as far with the supervisors and co-workers. What don't you like about working at Affiliated Computer Services?

"The compensation system. They pay on a performance basis, and this would be absolutely fine except that the people who are calling in at times have difficult or complex questions they need answered in detail. I always feel bad that I can't give them the kind of customer service they need due to the fact that all I want to do is get to the next call and FAST."
