"In the early 2000s it was very common for companies to reorganize their departments, and doing so spread the departments so thin that the efficiency was lost."

"Just be yourself. The management at ADP not only hired people who are well-qualified for the position available, but they also look for people that will fit in well with the current employees. Everyone who works in the sales department is like a family."
