What don't you like about working at DaVita?
"DaVita is all about numbers. Your hours are based on how many patients are at your clinic. Our clinic is getting slammed but we can't hire another nurse because the numbers say we're doing fine with our current staffing. Nurses spend between 43-50 hours a week working a 4-day work week. It's impossible to move within the company too. DaVita loves to hire from the outside so much that a lateral move is like pulling teeth. (I still haven't pulled this off.) Oh, and they don't match any of your 401K!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop all the micromanaging or just do the task yourself."

What do you like about working at T.J. Maxx?
"At my most recent full-time job I liked the changing nature of the work, the people I supported and those that I worked with from other teams."

"I would recommend that they ask for the details of where the company sees itself in ten years."

"At my last full-time job I liked being able to contribute to the success of the company in tangible ways."

"I improved the flow of work within the department regarding how we managed and reviewed vendor contracts."

What do you like about working at Whittier Health Network?
"Start up rehab hospital. I support Dir of Rehab Services. Every day gave me opportunity to excel. Especially, when I created a streamlined hiring process. It was the best day when my boss puffed out his chest and said yeah, Adriane is my assistant!"

"No suggestions. I was hired on the spot and was pleased to start with a week's notice to a temp job I had."
What don't you like about working at Whittier Health Network?
"My fault for not making clear the responsibilities for being a Notary Public to one person. I needed to explain better why I couldn't notarized her daughter's signature when she had previously signed the document and was not there for me to explain properly to her."

"Do more to have kept Mark. He left to pursue his Ph.D."

"This is very sad and embarrassing. I found nothing I liked about Charter."

"Find an HR executive who can relate to people and hire commensurately."

"Conversely, I liked nothing about the company. I was annoyed with myself for accepting their offer."

"Have more respect for the ethnic diversity. This is also embarrassing but my religious faith was insulted several times."

"I loved my job at Oakley. Working in the facility department allowed me to learn about the manufacturing industry,design business and construction."

"When interviewing for Oakley remember that you will become everyone's best friend. You will find out that you had friends you never met before but when they want Oakley product you are very popular."

"There were no rules at the company. At any given time you would see someone riding the Harley through the building or kicking back at in their office drinking."

"The company has gone through a dramatic change since I worked there so management has brought back the professional atomsphere to the company."

"There was an opportunity to meet some great people. Everyday was different."

"Be honest about what were you want your career to go with American Family Insurance."

"I was left alone in the office everyday by myself which made it difficult to take a lunch or run to the restroom."

"Have a second person in the office so that employees can go to lunch."

"The owner/manager was a wonderful, kind man and I enjoyed working beside him and not just for him."

"Just be honest and don't try to lie your way into this job."

"No benefits was offered. I didn't even have paid sick days or vacation days."

"They will find you a job quickly, many jobs pay over minimum wage."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I don't have faith that Adecco is telling the truth when they say 'If you don't like a job, we will find you something that is a better fit.' Know that these jobs are not going to be challenging."
What don't you like about working at Adecco?
"I consider myself to be a very dedicated and hard worker. I was between jobs and needed something fast. When I first got involved with Adecco, they made it seem like they would find me a job I would enjoy that utilized my skills. I was excited to start working when Adecco quickly called me to start a new assignment. It was temp-to-hire. The job description was 'Administrative Assistant', saying I would be doing office tasks such as copying, computer work, and other such tasks. I am very organized and like to stay busy, so this seemed like a good fit for me. Unfortunately I didn't start work for another THREE weeks after Adecco called me; they kept saying my background check needed to go through, which was ridiculous because I had just gotten my teaching certificate and surely had no violations on my record. This was frustrating because every time I called Adecco back, which was at least three times a week, no one would really give me a straight answer. So fast forward to when I actually started. The atmosphere at this work place was great; very laid back and easy going. But the job I was given was not at all what was advertised. It was simply busy work that involved doing the SAME TASK over and over and over again all day every day. That's just not something I'm comfortable with. I emailed Adecco shortly after starting and told them I wanted to try to find something that was a better fit for me, and it seemed like they didn't really care to help me. It was like they thought since they already placed me and I didn't like it, it was my problem. All of my email exchanges with Adecco were composed of short responses that really made me feel like I was being a bother. I'm trying very hard to get another job that isn't through a staffing agency, basically because I now realize they will try to get you a job doing ANYTHING that's needed, not something you would like."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that Adecco employees try harder to really listen to what their temporary workers need; be more open and less judging."
What do you like about working at Max Medical?
"Working with staff, the boss, the speech and care patients, assisting the doctor."
What don't you like about working at Max Medical?
"I like all functions of this job. Management is great. I do not have anything that don't like about this job."
