"Honesty and integrity are two of the values they promoted. Managers, directors and above did not fully live the values and expected their direct reports to uphold and live the values. They should lead by example and follow what they set up."

"I disliked the oppressive hostile environment that employees have to endure. I disliked the micromanaging and no respect of an employee's past successes, and continually having to work under threats of warnings and termination. Lies, lies, lies! It was a very unprofessional environment, and there was no protection for the employee from the corruption."
