"My likes are: large marketing budget to work with, easy commute, and overall a good company."

"I loved working there until upper management changed and the company took a big turn for the worse. The hierarchy and levels of need to know basis made getting things done next to impossible. Overall, there were some really nasty people."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of the bad seeds - but I've heard most are gone now. One thing that would have really helped improve my liking to work there would be to have ample meeting rooms and an easy method for setting up the meetings."

"I dislike the lack of vision that could be shared by all employees. There was no anticipation of skills needed for the future so employees could prepare themselves."

"Support employees with educational incentives and by providing equipment to do their jobs. The company needs a more dynamic online presence."

"Just be yourself and try to relax. I know most of the people there having worked for three of their VPs. If a candidate were not qualified, they would not bring them in for an interview. It is a very team-oriented, family-driven company and a great place to work."

"What I did not like had nothing to do with AAA AZ - it was the lengthy commute."

"They are all wonderful - no suggestions."

"Membership is the key ingredient to everything. Sell membership!"

"Only four products are available to sell. There is not too much of a variety of products."

"Develop more products and services to sell."

"It has been personally (and financially) rewarding to build a non-existent market into the number 1 revenue-producing market in the United States. The ability to work from my home office, traveling to meet clients and establish business relationships, and not have to be locked behind a desk in an office building. Not a typical 8 to 6 job."

"You may want to wait until the Auto Sales Industry is healthier before tackling such a challenge."

What don't you like about working at AAA?

"The lack of corporate support received on a national level from the bureaucrats within Sam's Club Headquarters / Walmart Corporation is extremely frustrating, and creates unnecessary obstacles to greater success. It could be so much easier to be successful."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay greater attention to details - as those can make the difference between success and failure. Remember the needs of the client. Stay clear of 'boiler room' telemarketing tactics. Revenue comes easier from clients who can put a face with a voice. Don't burn through sales territories. Establish relationships with clients and become a 'sustaining resource'."

"I disliked the oppressive hostile environment that employees have to endure. I disliked the micromanaging and no respect of an employee's past successes, and continually having to work under threats of warnings and termination. Lies, lies, lies! It was a very unprofessional environment, and there was no protection for the employee from the corruption."
