"I liked working.at Zimmerman for many reasons and that is why I provided the rankings I did below."
"People were great, but make sure you're in a department that supports your growth and learning. Not a lot of time put into developing skills, have to create and learn on the fly. Hours and compensation were rough. Opportunity to learn right out of school but little effort for management to get to know you since the company is so large."
"Zimmerman has terrible corporate culture. The CEO, his partners and senior managers think they know everything worth knowing and no one else knows anything. Not their clients or employees. They hire creative and motivated people, and then don't let them do anything except follow the formula. They pay very well, but employment is a revolving door. Talented professionals either quit out of frustration, or get fired for not saying yes fast enough."
"Stressful"
