"Fantastic, educational internship at a great company!"

What do you like about working at Zerve?

"I worked at Zerve for about 6 months, as a full-time intern. During my time at Zerve, I learned an exceptional amount on a wide variety of subjects, and I truly value the skills I gained. Unlike many internships, you are expected to learn quickly and shoulder quite a bit of responsibility, which means that every person there is a valued member of the team. To me, that is something that makes Zerve internships unique.Aside from the actual work I did at Zerve, I felt privileged to work in such a great office environment. Everyone, from fellow interns to the CEO, really seems to enjoy working at Zerve, and fully embraces what it means to be a part of Zerve. I actually looked forward to going in to work every day, and never left work stressed or unhappy. My internship at Zerve was a truly positive experience; I would not have changed anything!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"An internship at Zerve is well worth the time and effort it takes to get there!"

What don't you like about working at Zerve?

"The hours can be tough for some, but for others (like me), they were much better than a normal 9-5 schedule. Either way, the quality of the internship more than makes up for a few minor complaints."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Maintain the great office atmosphere - it helps to make everything awesome about Zerve that much better."

"Great internship in which I gained a lot of experience in customer service!"

What do you like about working at Zerve?

"I loved working at Zerve because I really felt like I learned a lot in my internship. Instead of filing papers, I got hands-on experience in customer service, sales research, and content management. In my position I felt as though I was contributing to the company's success which was very rewarding. Additionally, everyone on the Zerve team is so friendly and understanding. It was very easy to fit in and have fun while at work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself and really understand the company before interviewing. It is a very cool company with many interesting aspects; definitely read up on it so you can get a feel of what you would be doing."

What don't you like about working at Zerve?

"The only downside would be the hours. Because you are taking customer service calls, the hours are later than normal and you may have to work on the weekend."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think management was great. Easily accessible and very understanding. I don't have any suggestions."

"Working for Zerve was an amazing experience, I highly recommend it!"

What do you like about working at Zerve?

"I really enjoyed having fun, intelligent, dedicated coworkers. Keep in mind this is an internship. There is a huge opportunity for growth at Zerve and the team really loves to watch interns flourish. I had the opportunity to work on numerous different projects with various members of upper management. They made me feel like a part of the team and not just another intern. This internship is unique in the sense that you are not an errand runner, this is not the type of job where you are forced to go get coffee or anything like that. They treat everyone like equals and you really do get the opportunity to make friends with your team. I felt like the work I was doing had purpose and helped grow the company. You even get to interact with the CEO and I felt like my voice meant something at Zerve. The relationship I built with not only my coworkers but my supervisors was amazing and I wouldn't trade it for anything!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are thinking of working with Zerve definitely keep in mind that it is a start up. Start ups require dedication, perseverance, and a LOT of hard work. If you do everything above and beyond expectations, you will go far and it will definitely be acknowledged and appreciated."

What don't you like about working at Zerve?

"Nothing! The only complaint I have would probably be working late night shifts. However, for me this wasn't too bothersome since I'm a night owl. Another aspect that was definitely difficult for some was balancing time on calls and time on your projects, however Zerve designated time for interns (typically a 4 hr shift) where you just work on your projects which was really helpful. I felt like answering calls and working on projects wasn't too difficult, it's up to you how you balance your time in between those calls. If you balance time wisely then you will be just fine."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep doing what ya'll are doing and stay Zervey! You guys rock!"
