Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Think about it long and hard. The benefits are stagnate and maybe even decreasing. The economy is picking up but you wouldn't know it by our place."
What don't you like about working at Tickets.com?
"We seem to run around in circles a lot because there is no accountability and very few people step up and make a decision. It's torture to try to resolve problems once they have been identified. I don't like to work that way. Let's fix the problem and move on. Make a decision, even if it turns out to be the wrong one - at least we won't die on the vine."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would do more to get the different departments fimiliar with what happens outside of their department. I would get rid of most of the managers and get ones that have less ego and more of a communicative nature."
