"I've worked for El Camino YMCA since 2012. We really are the best kept secret in town. We are so much more than a gym and a swim. Every year we work with our members, community and other partners to provide resources and opportunities for everyone to strive in. We give everyone the opportunity to participate and be a part of our organization even if they cannot pay. We don't turn anyone away for their inability to pay. I take pride in my work because I know I'm making a difference."

"I worked in HR at Ymca of Delaware for 13 years. The employees are amazing and many of them are focused solely on making the community better. Some recent events have led to an exodus of top executives which may turn out to be a positive thing. When the Y is true to its own creed, it’s a wonderful place to work."
