"I've worked for El Camino YMCA since 2012. We really are the best kept secret in town. We are so much more than a gym and a swim. Every year we work with our members, community and other partners to provide resources and opportunities for everyone to strive in. We give everyone the opportunity to participate and be a part of our organization even if they cannot pay. We don't turn anyone away for their inability to pay. I take pride in my work because I know I'm making a difference."

I have grown up attending and working for YMCA summer camps, and to be able to contribute to the mission and growth of the company as well as the youth that it impacts will never be forgotten. The office was a delight to come into every morning and hard to leave at the end of the day."
