What do you like about working at YMCA?

"The people I worked with. Interacting with the customers day after day."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Work hard and achieve your goals, but keep a healthy work life balance from the beginning, or you will never get it back."

What don't you like about working at YMCA?

"Competition between departments. Everyone felt like they were being asked to do more work and bring in more revenue with less and less resources, so the willingness to help out other departments and work as an overall team was diminishing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Evaluate employees more with the feedback of their peers and staff. We had a lot of great people who were under-appreciated, and a lot of not so great people being awarded."
