"Good people, nice product. The company has a culture, however, of pushing people hard and punishing harsh as well. As a result, most people are motivated by fear, rather than more positive reasons. Expect to work weekends frequently, getting off work between 6:30-7:00 pm, be constantly overwhelmed with deadlines and big challenges. This company is better for people who are starting their careers, or do not have families."

"understand this is a very fast paced book it now and run to the next customer. You will get called out if you spend time on past customers"

"Customer service was almost non existent. Book the order then forget the customer was pushed by VP of Sales"

"Take care of your existing customers. Too many bad references from existing customers due to support not product performance."

"You need to fend for yourself at times, teamwork gets stretched to breaking point at times due to the fast hard hitting nature of the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Im not sure I do have any. Anything that could be changed would stop this from being the dynamic place to work that I experience. Also, they made this VERY clear over the course of them courting me for the job."
