3.2Good people, nice product. The company has a culture, however, of pushing people hard and punishing harsh as well. As a result, most people are motivated by fear, rather than more positive reasons. Expect to work weekends frequently, getting off work between 6:30-7:00 pm, be constantly overwhelmed with deadlines and big challenges. This company is better for people who are starting their careers, or do not have families.
Im not sure I do have any. Anything that could be changed would stop this from being the dynamic place to work that I experience. Also, they made this VERY clear over the course of them courting me for the job.
