"I started my career with Paetec Communications back in 2011 and soon after was bought out by Windstream Communications. Over the years, there has been a swift decline in employee morale. Employee turnover is at an all time high. There have been many “restructuring” layoffs which foster a feeling of low job security"

"Don't do it unless you are on the verge of being homeless or are interviewing for a back office position. The customer facing jobs are dead ends with too many Chiefs. AVOID."

What don't you like about working at Windstream Communications?

"Management is too concerned with their own jobs, not mine. I mean nothing to the company. Their loyalty to me despite the fact that I am one of the top performers on the team and have not gotten a raise in 2 years has dropped to zero."

"Make more of an effort to make the employees feel like they matter to the company."
