"I worked for Windstream Enterprise for roughly 18-months as a Sales Director. The company entered CH11 restructuring and Covid challenges however, the main challenges was poor company wide participation (20% across all reps selling anything) and high attrition (3 complete rep turns in 18 months). Lack of success at this scale is strategic and senior leadership issue where there was no meaningful change visible. Only viable solution is to sell the enterprise unit and concentrate on the Incumbent Kinetic business. Reduction of resources and people strongly support the business unit sell off position...Company is owned by Elliot Capital Management"

Every year the company experiences layoffs at low and mid level positions; however, no senior level management experiences any layoffs. Only time senior level positions become vacant is under volunteer separations situations."
