"Some really good and smart people can be found in the trenches."

"Don't, unless you like being overworked, under-compensated and like getting middling reviews because giving decent reviews isn't allowed (They might have to actually give someone a raise)."
What don't you like about working at Fluke?
"No work life balance, they expect you to give your life to the company, management is always looking to cut wherever they can and do not staff effectively."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Restructuring to cover your failures and/or Make the number is a poor way to run a business."
