"I was on the Y2K project. I can't complain about anything while working at US West"

"None. That job was 10 years ago and a lot has changed since then. US West was a well run company"

"Inglis House had a very small IT department. It was a good beginning spot but it's not a place for a more experienced professional to grow."

"Was a great place to work, and love the people there. Job security was great until the surprise lay-offs."
What do you like about working at Cryptic Studios?
"Relaxed atmosphere. Game Room. Despite the relaxed appearance everyone was there to get the job done, and done well. Very friendly."

"Upper management may make decisions that don't seem to make any sense."

"Listen to the professionals they hire. :)"

What do you like about working at Olivet Nazarene University?
"I like being able to schedule my own hours. I also like working with the Librarians to develop systems."
What don't you like about working at Olivet Nazarene University?
"A lack of organization."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Sometimes I don't think our senior management understands the concept of scope creep. Sometimes we get feature request after feature request even after we've had a meeting deciding the requirements of the program."
What do you like about working at Space Coast IC?
"I like how I'm trusted to do my job well, and given a lot of liberty as to what projects to work on to help the company grow."
What don't you like about working at Space Coast IC?
"A very stressful environment -- someone is always to blame when something goes wrong (rather than focusing on how to fix the problem). I was hired as a Web Programmer, but much of my job consists of IT work, even though I hate such work and am only adequate at it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more flexible -- let people flex hours. And have more than one IT/Programmer person -- you need it as an Internet company. Stop lying to customers, and"
