"The warehouse supervisor is a great position. There are so many great employees and as a team everyone at that level works fine together. But the GM and certain other leaders do not care about anything except production. They scheduled us all for 7 days a week, 12-15 hour days. Only time off is if you work it out with fellow warehouse supervisors."
"It's hard to find a fast pace worker that is there for more than a paycheck. I like to work and think whatever decisions I do is not only for me, but my family, and I have to take ownership and accountability for my actions. When making decisions, own it like it was for your own household."
"My weakness about the position was the inclement weather, but keeping the customers satisfied was my priority and that's what I loved about the position."
"I truly enjoy logistics. I found that 20 years ago I enjoyed this industry and that I had found what I wanted to do."
"I just love being in around people and working to one main goal and that is company success. I don't like the aspect that you cannot always trust all that you are working with and they have the same thought of overall success you have rather than individual success."
"I love the responsibility of providing all the things necessary to run 7 stores. Ordering, receiving and organizing all food items. "Failing to Prepare is Preparing to Fail" is my motto in all my endeavors. I enjoy the physical effort required performing this job."
"It was good having control of my area and being able to accomplish the goals every day."
