"They do paid incentives for the time you are away from your family."

"This company is all about profit...workers are 2nd. Be ready to work a lot during peek season."
What don't you like about working at Signature Brands?
"No communication from Department Manager. Would no give any direction in training plan. Not much concern for safety. No writing instructions everything is tribal knowledge."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Safety needs to be the first priority. Training programs needs to be created and follow. Feedback from supervisor is a must!"

"Kaizan meetings every week lessened productivity. Deliveries don't wait for meetings. Micromanaging bosses. Peer level employees exaggerating facts to make them look better."

"Employ people you trust, then trust them to do the job you are paying them to do. Do away with the kaizan and just address problems or potential problems as needed."

"The only draw backs to the company was the amount of hours I was expected to work. The average week I worked in excess of 60 to 65 hours while my counter parts worked 40 to 45."

"The only suggesting I would have is to try to take the individual employees perspective into account when making decisions."
