"Decisions to execute a solution was a challenge. Given this was a huge corp., the ability to find the correct sponsors of a project or business owners resulted in a major effort to execute and deliver on a project or process."

"Remember the people...The human element is overlooked more often than most companies realize. Technology is wonderful, but the resources should be a priority to enhance the company and provide a healthy work environment for the success of the company."
