"Be prepared for situational questions-When did you experience an irate customer and what did you do to diffuse the situation things like that."

"Specific managers were too concerned with speed rather than customer service. Unreasonable policies concerning errors. Would rather fire seasoned employees for small errors and hire inexperienced new employees who will likely make the same mistakes, only worse."

"I enjoyed working for my manager, SVP and CFO of Treasury Finance, Jim W. Hunt. He was a pleasure to support, as well as the rest of the 21 person team. We worked very well together."
