"Well that's too late, as they were bought up by JP Morgan."

"Some positions were made work positions and could have been eliminated."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There is a time to be conservative and a time to be flexible. Be able to feel the change coming so you can be out before it happens. This way you're ahead of the curve when it has."

"Too many lay offs."

"Working at WaMu was the greatest career experience I have had so far. There was a ton of growth opportunities where the company invested in their employees. The environment was professional and warm all at the same time. I will forever be thankful for my WaMu experience."

"Well, where I worked is no longer in operation, so it was bad that my friends lost their jobs."

"Too many changes in middle and upper management. I had 5 different direct managers in 6 years!"
