"Because the company no longer exists due to financial crises in 2008/2009, I cannot give tips to anyone to work for Washington Mutual."

"In my opinion there was nothing negative. That is why I worked to the end day of the company."

"Treat employees with respect like customers, always control cost and be creative to increase revenues."

"Financial sector for banking industry is still very unstable. You need to proceed with caution."

"Great place to work, but due to the mortgage market collapsing, everyone had to be let go."

"I loved everything. I don't have any complaints other than it closing. I wish that didn't happen."

"No suggestions since WAMU is no longer open. I just wish it was still around."

"Some positions were made work positions and could have been eliminated."

"There is a time to be conservative and a time to be flexible. Be able to feel the change coming so you can be out before it happens. This way you're ahead of the curve when it has."
