"I was suppose to get a raise when deli and bakery merged into one dept, then another after my probationary period. Never got either of them. Then when new people got hired after I started they got the 12.15 salary while I was still stuck making 11.25. Also I was suppose to of gotten the most recent share, and they never gave me it."

"The pay is a bit low for the amount of stress we are put under for this job. Having to juggle this many tasks and always helping out other departments rather than our own. It is high compared to other retail jobs which is why I stayed for as long as I did. I started at $9 an hour and worked my way up to $11.22 an hour. Department managers make almost a $1.30 more than I do. As you continue climbing up the ranks you slightly increase the pay."
