"The way the store I am currently at is ran and how the managers seem to have their favorites that they let down what ever they like."

"To be more of managers and less of the employees friends."

"I did not like the fact that there was no growth opportunity. Once a waitress, always a waitress."

"Suggestions to management would be to value their employees more."

"I like the customer interaction, talking to people, being able to be sociable."

"Do not expect to move up in this job. It is a temporary fix for say students or someone needing a job immediately but still looking elsewhere. It should not be a permanant solution. You will get nowhere."

What don't you like about working at Waffle House?

"When I started being too reliable and dependable it was EXPECTED of me and if I needed a day to relax or if I got sick I was still expected to work even when I had worked for 2 weeks every single day."

"Show a little more respect and appreciation to those who deserve it."

"I work with very friendly and talented people. I like working with my co-workers."

"The work is hard and very long hours are demanded."

"I don't like the lack of opportunity. The benefits are not very good and there is no work/life balance."

"Look at other companies and compare benefits and pay. And other companies have a much better work/life balance"
