"I love interacting with my regular customers. I buy newspapers for them, keep crayons on hand for my customers that I know come in with their children and deliver fast, yet effective customer service."

"Management tends to turn a blind eye to the negative behaviors of senior employees, such as coming to work late and not in complete uniform, yet they fail to get a write up or warnings from management."
