"I have been with Waffle House since 2016. It’s a company with a very family-first atmosphere to it, great benefits, awesome culture and a great history. The pay is above average for mangers in the food sector but the work life balance could be better."

"Hard work, hard hours, some good people. Your experience depends on your upline. Make no excuses and you will be fine. Hard on family life, you learn a lot though. They will lie to get you on board, so believe half of what they say, and if you're good with half then you'll be just fine. Never forget it's 24/7 with only one day off during major holidays, and when someone calls off you fill that whole, and sometimes you work doubles to save payroll. Once you successfully work here every other job will be a breeze. Life changing experience for sure. Good luck!"
