"Great work with great upper mobility. Waffle house works everyone very hard but also compensates their managers very well. Be prepared to work all holidays no matter what. If you are good at your job you will move up quickly at this company. All stores are are open 24/7/365 so you will be getting a few midnight phone calls from your associates. Overall, Waffle house has many great people to work with and a great overall work experience. Having a restaurant background will help you."

"Waffle House is an excellent way to be introduced to having serving experience within the food industry. They have staff readily available to help any new employee by providing the necessary tools to do the job well. The hiring process is typically short and training takes only a few days. The coworkers are very patient and helpful toward new employees so that the team does a good job as an entire unit."
