"try to negociate highest pay as possible, as they throw raises around like manhole covers"

"being Micro-managed, doing stupid things like making escalation engineers managers, then dont train them to be managers"

"hire more people you morons, case loads are overwhelming at times, cut phone q times"

"lack of headcount and not enough time to take training or work in the lab"

"increase headcount and recognize that engineers have specialties, you can't just stick them anywhere and get a good result"

"Teams work in silos, no or little communication between teams, lot of commute time from SF to PAlo ALto and back"

"Force teams to interact and share. Allow employees to work from home"
