"This is a great company that is employee-focused. They believe in training their employees, providing many different ways for the employees to grow both technically and magisterially. They also have provided us with access to interesting and diverse speakers, everyone from Brent Spiner to Donald Knuth. The work is challenging and the management team is supportive and for the most part, upfront and honest with the employee when he/she has an issue. They believe that just because you work in a remote location you are not a second class employee and they work hard and continue to make that a priority. They believe that open and honest communication is important and they "walk the walk""

"I've worked here since 2012. It's ok as corporations go. There is a lot of emphasis on innovation which is quite exciting but on the other hand there is also quite a bit of uncertainty regarding methodologies. There is a lot of talk about agile but the way it is implemented doesn't really make sense. Since the company has so many products at varying levels of maturity the one size fits all approach is creating problems."
