"I disliked management, and the company viewing employees and there own customers as enemies."

"The company wants people who do jobs quickly and don't want people who do their job right. This is a top-down belief and there is no changing it."

"Try to get everything they tell you in writing. What the company tells you is not the same as what the union controls."

"I did not like working with a union. The job would have been much better without it."
