"Management cares about themselves. Salary may be good, but there may not be a long future with Verizon."

"I dislike the poor leadership, poor senior management, constant force reductions, and the stressful environment. They cut the compensation package, yet senior management did not lose anything. Union personnel get all benefits, and lower management suffers."

"Your health and family are more important than money. Your supervisor is everything and could make or break your career. I had one that cared about herself, and I got laid off."

"I dislike everything else. The people are at the absolute low end of the spectrum in terms of professional capability, the compensation and career growth opportunities are abysmal, and the IT management is overtly racist."
