"There is always new technology, and learning is a full-time job. I like to learn about new services and the technology that goes with it. It was never boring to work there."

"I would tell a person interviewing to be very open-minded, and be ready for change, because it comes out of the blue. Do what you are told, because there is a good reason for it. This company doesn't do anything halfway."

"My feelings are still hurt that I was dismissed and not offered another job within the company, knowing that I have 18 years experience to give."

"The management I was in contact with were some of the best people I have ever worked with. They listened and did their best to meet everyone's needs. I know upper management is looking at the big picture and what they have to do to keep Verizon Wireless number one. I would suggest helping displaced employees find other jobs within the company instead of letting them go."

"I dislike the very long processes as it relates to helping customers with certain issues, such as researching returned phones and refunds."

"Create a more streamlined process for being able to assist customers more efficiently regarding returned equipment to the warehouse. The process as it is now can take up to two weeks."
