"I dislike the various odd and uncompromising work schedules."

"Be a lot more understanding and compassionate about employees when things happen unexpectedly and they need to take off that day."

"Don't get sick. MetLife will find a way to reject a valid claim. Thus, you'll be losing your job over it (like me)."

"Their quota system is a joke. If you're a sneak, or into sales, you'll have the whip cracked on you."

"Don't make goals so out of reach. Have some compassion for your team. They can do the best they can. Of course if the team member is a known lazy-ass, it doesn't mean the rest of the team is."

"The job was sometimes very routine. I handled a high call volume of inbound calls. I provided customer service in topics, including bill review, troubleshooting, customer retention, and explanations of price plans and services."

"Management, overall, was very productive and informative. Verizon Wireless normally promotes from within, so the management was very informative."
