"Co-workers extremely unhappy to be there, the longer that they were there the worse their attitude was."

"Walk the routes themselves to really get an understanding of what it takes to get the job done correctly."
"The USPS will not be around much longer unless they come up with an innovative way to deliver mail, we're in a the paperless age. They also outsource to their competitors."

"I liked getting out of the office and working in the elements. This is when I had the most time to work without interference."

"I would not suggest embarking on a career in the Post Office. It is actually a diminishing company with little room to grow."

"To many levels of management. There was usually more than one person telling me different ways to do the same job. That is why I enjoyed getting out of the office and into the outdoors."

"IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T TRY TO FIX IT."
"It is a very misunderstood and looked down upon job in my area due to past errors and mismanagement. Being an essential employee in an embattled organization makes doing what we are tasked to do that much more difficult. The actual delivery of mail and parcels is not difficult but there is too much manual work that goes into sorting the mail, and our customers don’t appreciate what goes into getting it done. Couple that with having to use your personal vehicle and there is a great deal of frustration in this position."
"I’ve worked for USPS since June 2019. The company is lacking communication and also does not appreciate good workers. No room for advancement starting pay and benefits are weak for your job responsibility."

"Respect the skills of the employees, not berate them constantly."

"Make sure you realize that we are going through a hard time right now, so be aware that promotion will be tough for a while."

"I feel as if I will lose my job at any minute. I don't know if I will have a job in 10 years."

"I would find innovative ways to improve the work environment so I could enjoy the work that I do. I would also find better ways for all the workers to work together so we could have a happier work environment."
