"The responsibility, ability to work solo in most of my work, the joy I get from meeting the people on my route, my customers depend on me, they trust me."

"Pay close attention when training. Learn your craft to perfection. It will definitely help you in the long run and especially during probation."

"It's still seen as a man's job by men, not a very welcoming environment for women."

"Throw out about 4 levels of management and get the supervision down to the workers' level, and quit trying to manage the whole operation with a computer."
