"If they ask you, the customer is always right. Have an answer ready for question if encounter an angry customer. If you are a Vet and there is an opening, it is yours, just protest if they don't give it to you."

"Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. Bonuses to Postmasters and Managers if employees did not take sick leave, as you lose it when quit or retire. Management put wedges between crafts."

"Work - don't just sit in your office and put pressure on your shorthanded staff to do all the work. Treat your employees with respect instead pressuring them to do more than is humanly possible."
