"Employee development for the next project. Do not stick people in a box."

"New work opportunities are hard to come by. Their legal department seems to be running out of work."

"A very good environment for young engineers to learn and obtain engineering design and consultant experience."

"Be prepare to work for both Nuclear and Fossil plant. And this company has very good spirits for interaction between employees."

"Too many shifts from project to project and thus missing opportunity for engineers to on a project entirely."

"Have young engineers work close to senior engineers, thus the young engineer can learn to work professionally and the senior engineer can get used to new software and computer operation."

"The negative feedback from the workers and management made it difficult for E,S, & H to prevail."

"Try to keep from being the victims of corporate raids and take-overs next time."

"Take more time to discover what their employees require in order to fulfill their self appointed goals or the goals of the company. Also, offer up more training and educational programs"

"A balance must be maintained between wage, work product, and one's own sanity."

"The lack of a health plan and any benefits for the employee."

"The high wage compensation allows a large margin for the high pressure environment. A 60 hour work week reduces the effectiveness and accuracy of anyone's work product."

"There is a diverse work mix which allows you to gain experience in many different types of work."

"This is a large corporation which does nearly any type of work imaginable. However, working for such a large corporation comes with its own unique set of challenges"

"The upper management micro-manages all major project decisions. Policy, though established and written, is not well communicated or enforced."

"There needs to be more cooperation between offices. There is also very little focus on employee satisfaction, so employee productivity is likely lower than it could be."

"I like how there is a lot of opportunities for advancement."

"The disengagement from senior officials and upper management within the company."

"Management should reach out to the employees and maybe meet with a group of employee to get the pulse of the workforce.."

"I like the health benefits that are available and I appreciate tuition reimbursement. Working with the customers is the best part of the position because they realize that you are trying to solve their issues."

"Lack of support from upper management with a Type A direct manager that fosters an overly political atmosphere."

"I would suggest that the entire organization be trained in basic group interaction techniques and listening skills."
