"The people and environment; I also like the vision the company has established for itself. Overall it is a good company."

"Yes. This company is a good start for anyone coming as a first time engineer because the people are willing to train and educate."

What don't you like about working at URS?

"No established growth opportunities in the area where I am working."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take more time to discover what their employees require in order to fulfill their self appointed goals or the goals of the company. Also, offer up more training and educational programs"
