What do you like about working at URS?

"I liked the scope of projects that URS had when times were good. I had an opprotunity to work on some realy significant projects. I liked the way the people in the Mechanical Department related with one another."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be sure that you can enjoy working for a very large and beaurocratical organization"

What don't you like about working at URS?

"A bit more beaurocracy than I would have liked."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Less forms and proceedures would decrease overhead and increase productivity"
