"I have worked for UPS for 2 years. It's fast-paced and demanding."
"I’ve worked for UPS for 5 years and it has been a rollercoaster of good and bad. The job compensates well as far as to pay and benefits but my management team thinks all of its employees are worthless and drives us all into the ground. Most of us are forced to work 12-14 hour days 6 days a week and it’s a brutal way to make a living. Not many drivers retire with their bodies fully intact and it shows. It’s a great place to work for someone with no formal professional experience or no high school/college degree but would not recommend for someone who is seeking a job in their field."
"Very great place to work for and you can learn a lot from this company."
"UPS was not worth the time and effort invested."
"Good Company if you are Union worker"
"I worked for General Mills for 20 years. A great company to learn and grow."
"Great compony to work for, fast paced"
"Hard work but industry leading pay and benefits. Upward mobility can be limited due to the area but they do promote from within and help develop new younger people."
"I've worked at UPS for about 6 months now. It is demanding work on your body but they have excellent benefits, for me specifically paying for my last semester of school. Their response to Covid-19 has been less then ideal, I wish they would take it more seriously."
"Nice place to work."
