"I am working as an RPA Developer in United Airlines, Chicago. I am given the opportunity to design the workflow of several use cases so as to automate the ongoing processes in United Airlines for various lines of businesses. While working on this project, I got to create, test and validate workflows. Also, I coordinated with Business SMEs to understand process maps which act as a blueprint for the creation of process design documents (P.D.D). I have also worked as a Software Engineer at Infosys Ltd. in Hyderabad (Telangana)-India for three and a half years. I was given an opportunity to develop and maintain customized software products for General ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset-Management, Project Costing and PeopleSoft Purchasing modules for MetLife. While working on the MetLife project, I gained proficiency in supporting and maintaining various applications built on PeopleSoft 9.1. I garnered expertise in PeopleSoft Development tools like Application Designer, Component Interface, Application Engine and PeopleCode."
