"Worked in HR during a time when UCSF was growing and HR was shrinking. The workload got unmanageable. We replaced aging HRIS systems with newer software that has somehow increased errors and slowed down our response times. When it was properly staffed it was a great place to work at."

"I've worked for UCSF for 1 year. The workplace is decent, however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I haven't been able to come into the office nor meet my coworkers. There is limited opportunity for growth or career advancement, which is one reason I am applying elsewhere. The institution does offer a variety of trainings though, so that is nice."

"I started my internship at USCF in 2019. My mentor is very helpful and keeps me motivated. I have learned a lot from him. Since I am working on this project by myself under the WAMRI scholarship, this is not very useful for information about compensation or relationships among co-workers."
