"They are no longer TRW, they are now NG and I no longer have a feel for the environment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"the management I reported to allowed me to do what I was most interested in. They allowed me time to attend classes and to better prepare myself for my job."

"TRW was a ball. Lot's of new toys to learn and play with and lots of hard core, quality engineers to work with."

"I was ALWAYS on a learning curve as they were cutting edge technology. Lot's of fun and a great opportunity."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Keep applying. I received LOTS of letters of rejections; even after I had been working there for several months. There are lots of managers, each making their own decisions; each sending out letters of rejection."

What don't you like about working at TRW Automotive?

"As each project ended, you are always looking for a job within the company. It was up to you to 'keep' your job by constantly finding new ones. Projects only lasted 3-5 years and then you faced unemployment unless you could move quickly enough. Little awkward at times."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I REALLY like my management. Good people. Skilled and knowledgeable. Best management I've ever worked for."
