"Focus on cost reduction and bring those experiences to the table if you want to get hired. That is #1 focus here."

"Lack of resources and poor facilities (buildings are old). No career progression (limited options). High attrition. Heavy focus on off-shoring."

"Start with a better strategic roadmap. Think longterm 5+ years, not quarter to quarter. Poor strategic vision and high focus on cost reduction only."

"Ask what training they will provide for you to do your job, if any. Get specific $$ figures before you start; CALL before you arrive on their given start date so they know you're coming; expect waves of intense busy days and look out for the slow ones... too many of those, then expect the tap out of the dance... the layoff. It's a good place to work - management is open to new ideas, try new things."

"Antiquated tools - software."

"Give job direction and description for incoming employees; set expectations and know when they are coming. Have a plan of what to do with them when they arrive... training perhaps."
