"Ask what training they will provide for you to do your job, if any. Get specific $$ figures before you start; CALL before you arrive on their given start date so they know you're coming; expect waves of intense busy days and look out for the slow ones... too many of those, then expect the tap out of the dance... the layoff. It's a good place to work - management is open to new ideas, try new things."
