"Be on top of your technical skills and approach to IT projects."

"I was a contractor/consultant and once the project was completed, I had to move on to my next assignment."

"For a company of this size I believe that did an excellent job of communication between levels of management, at least at the levels I was envolved with. As many of my previous clients I witnessed many different management styles and I was able to pick and choose different approaches to hone my own management style."

"The interviews are usually short and easy to get through."

"Bad Management. Of the four jobs I've had so far, TACP is the place where the employees were treated the worst. Very negative work environment. Lack of direction. 2% salary increase in the two years I spent there."

"Attend Management training and learn the more recent trends in Human Resources Management. Listen to your employees. Focus more on larger long term growth as opposed to short term individual benefits."

"Everything!!! Empty Promises, Pathetic Excuses for Marketing Campaigns, No support at all from upper management and superiors and an atmosphere that entails drunks, drug addicts, and corporation sexual relationships"

"Clean house.....From top to bottom....I would eliminate everyone from the Vice President all the way down to the supervisors of the commercial and government sales departments"
