"I worked on a lean improvement project with Toshiba as a student consultant from NCSU during Spring 2019. I felt that the management was trying to make improvements without making too many changes. Despite various suggestions to improve its assembly line, the company did not consider most of these. Management only wanted employees to do their given jobs and not hear their suggestions. I felt there was less motivation due to the unwillingness to change."

"The management is very poor in customer service, supervisor needs training classes on how to not just assist customers but also the best interest of the employees and they wouldn't have such a high turnover, they don't look out for the employees."
